United States Patent and Trademark Office has announced a new Apple a trademark application for “Game Center” covering two trademark categories and 009, a computer software involved and multiplayer game connection, another category is related to networked computer games and social networking entertainment services.
According to Apple’s application documents, following Game Center trademarks cannot be used:-used to connect to multiplayer games and game scoring record of computer software; network communication computer software and other computer users use electronic communications network; social network using computer software, computer application software for mobile phones and handheld digital devices. -Information on the network computer games and other computer electronic communication network of information and entertainment services; provides online computer game show records and allow players to challenge online computer games, games with social skills, network communication, network services.
Apple Game Center trademark is registered as early as October 2010 in China, the United States in the file of the application, Apple provides two sample pictures.
