ISuppli released reports that global Smartphone shipments fell in the first quarter of this year was 1.5%, up to 97 million. Apple to ship an increase of 15%, up to 18.6 million, occupy a global Smartphone shipments in the first quarter of 19%. Nokia is still in the first place, up to 24.2 million in shipments, ring contraction of 15%.
RIM came in third place, 14.8 million shipments, rose 4%. Samsung came in fourth, 12.6 million shipments per cent decline in 1.6%. HTC to ship 9.6 million, rose 6%. Motorola in sixth place, 4.1 million units in shipments, ring contraction of 16%.
Since early 2009, Smartphone shipments still decline per cent for the first time in the first quarter of this year. However, iSuppli 60% insisted that Smartphone shipments will grow this year.
