Windows Phone app store Marketplace unfortunately downtime tonight, WP7 phone users cannot be accessed through a built-in application and installing the application, but some of the users who are downloading application means that you can continue to access the service and updates. Downtime lasts a few hours of time, it also let all the WP7 user first see the Marketplace error scenarios:
